Decades of experience – Your child is in safe hands
We don't just teach karate – we live by it ourselves. Our coaches guide children with years of experience, patience, and dedication. We know that 5-7-year-olds need a different approach than older children, so our training sessions are playful, yet teach discipline, concentration, and perseverance.
At this age, children have a tremendous need for exercise, and it is important to channel this in the right direction. Karate develops balance, coordination, and physical fitness, while teaching children to react quickly and consciously. The sense of achievement they experience during training boosts their self-confidence, which is an advantage not only on the tatami, but also at school and in all areas of life.
Kyokushin karate is not just a sport, but an environment where children learn how to pay attention, follow rules, and deal with challenges with patience and perseverance. The discipline and respect they learn in training are also evident at home and at school.
At Kagami Dojo, children not only practice sports, but also become part of a supportive community. They make friends, learn to cooperate, help each other, and grow together. No matter where they come from or how skilled they are, we welcome every child with love and attention.
Karate is not about aggression, but about control and self-defense. Your child will learn to recognize threatening situations and will know when to take decisive action, ask for help, or avoid conflict. During training, we prepare them with situational exercises:
Our goal is for children not to be afraid, but to know what to do in an unexpected situation.
Karate is taught in many places, but our training sessions are unique thanks to our genuine experience and child-centered methods. We know how to make even the youngest children fall in love with this martial art, so you can be sure that your child is learning in a safe, supportive environment that guarantees their development.
If you want your child to take up a sport that promotes physical activity, self-confidence, discipline, and a close-knit community, then try out the training sessions at Kagami Dojo!
